JOB TITLE: Business Process Consultant - EntryJOB ID: 153389-1Duration 6 MonthsHOURS: M-F 40/hr per weekLOCATION: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Will start remote and return to office when reopened)ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:•Complete due diligence assessments on new potential vendors as well as reassess current vendors on a risk based cadence. Due diligence assessments including Reputation, Experience, Financial Health.•Provides expert analysis of identified risk(s) with non-biased viewpoints and delivers an executive summary to relationship managers with detailed risk information that allows Target to properly evaluate vendors. All risk(s) are ranked as high, medium, or low based on predetermined criteria with supporting evidence.•Perform ongoing monitoring of current vendors that align with the due diligence categories. Provide support to the Relationship Manager to ensure alerts or changes in the vendor profile that may impact company business are addressed.•Identify risks and drive continuous improvement efforts impacting vendor due diligence through partnerships across company and work with VRM leaders to mature the Vendor Risk Management program.•Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams•Identify, research, analyze and manage risks within projects/systems/resource changes and formulate solutions/contingency plans partnering with Manager and Sr Management when necessary•Communicate expectations and share informationQUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor''s degree•Strong research and investigative skills•Ability to work independently; strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation•Advanced thought leadership and consulting services to support program development•Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills•Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a highly collaborative and ambiguous environment•Strong organizational skills and detail orientation•Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed•Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)•Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:•Ability to influence partners across multiple business units/pyramids•Proficiency in Archer eGRC•Certified Vendor Risk Program Manager (or equivalent) Certification•Experience working with research tools such as Lexis Nexis, Dun and Bradstreet, Rapid Ratings, and Clear.
