- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of periodic status reports to appropriate parties
- Author and update internal documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Analyze and test deliverables to ensure quality, maximize effectiveness, and identify and troubleshoot problems
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and usability
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication and on-time delivery
- Work in an agile fashion with application delivery leads
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field
- High proficiency SQL (Teradata, Microsoft, and Spark dialects) and database management required
- Experience with any cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Able to compile and organize statistical information retrieved and present findings to management
- Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
- Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed
- Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software
- Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies
- Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proven experience in an analytics and systems development
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
