Description: This role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive monitoring ensuring observability, availability and performance of high priority registered services/applications. Primary Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support on maintaining Dynatrace implementation (automated reports, alerts, dashboards) Be on-call for OptumRx War Room support Dynatrace expertise needed to perform analysis and custom alerting or dashboards as needed Engage and build relationships with application teams to provide service level validation during performance load testing. Develop and deploy monitoring for ensuring OptumRx applications reliability and stability (infrastructure health; Disk usage, CPU/Memory usage, Performance) Develop reports for OptumRx applications as requested to support Peak Season Identify opportunities for application teams to customize information providing optimal business views Onboard Dynatrace OneAgent as needed for OptumRx Application servers supporting the portfolio. Work with Dynatrace Support to resolve any issues as needed to support OptumRx applications Thoroughly document any procedures to support Dynatrace deployments for OptumRx Proactively monitor and communicate potential problems to prevent customer impact and improve NPS scores. Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues Identify / quantify scope and impact of business changes on ecosystems Maintain awareness of current monitoring technology and the applicability and capability of each tool Required Qualifications: 2-4 years' hands-on experience in Dynatrace 1 year experience in using configuration management solutions such as Chef, Puppet or Ansible 1 year experience in a software development or software support role Minimum 1-2 years Administering Unix/Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting and/or Programming skill in any language Experience with Agile methodology Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Support experience in a large enterprise environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in APM/Monitoring tools (Elastic Search, New Relic, Dynatrace, DC RUM) Experience in supporting Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Health care industry experience Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what's being done?
