We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Account Representative to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate confidently with clients while helping them navigate their training and development needs.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Assist clients throughout their onboarding, program engagement, and service lifecycle.Maintain organized account records and ensure all client information is current and accurate.Coordinate with internal teams to support client goals, resolve issues, and enhance account performance.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.Provide guidance and information about available programs, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
