Ability to connect the dots, translate meaningful actions and confidence to interact with a senior audience are paramount to success in this role.Key Responsibilities Include:Establish strong relationships with initiative leaders, internal and external partners, and senior executives across technology and the business to execute enterprise objectives and gain organizational alignment.

Drive small to medium sized initiatives, communications, analytics for a smaller business unit or across the organization.

Ensure strategic objectives of our organization are carried out in a way that aligns to our mission and values

Anticipate problems and be sensitive to issues that require diplomacy

Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to CIO and Business Leaders

Manage the processes, controls, and adherence to procedures for Technical Service Lifecycle Delivery Management

Technical Service Level Management

Review Qualys, iTracker, Infrastructure Release Management & Governance, and additional internal reports to determine and prioritize matters that require remediation.

Collaborate with key technology stakeholder to identify right set of policies and controls to govern applications throughout their lifecycle – from strategy inception to retirement.

Partner with Technology Service providers across the technology organization to ensure core compliance management practices are implemented within their respective areas.

Serve as thought leader and promote Service Oriented culture.

Partner closely with Audit and Risk and Control Partners on Audits and Corrective actions related to Technology to insure remediation and proactive long term sustainability

Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in technology

3+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment

2+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment

7+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment

4+ years of experience compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management or senior leaders

3 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management

4+ years of experience coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders

Desired QualificationsExperience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

Tableau experience

2+ years of management experience

Other Desired QualificationsDeep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains

Familiarity with agile best practices

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
