Description We are in need of a Customer Service Representative based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role functions within the healthcare industry and involves a long-term contractual agreement. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be required to provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.Responsibilities: Fielding customer inquiries and resolving them promptly and professionally Processing customer applications in a timely and efficient manner Maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on their status Collaborating with team members to improve customer service procedures Utilizing various software and platforms for customer service tasks, including video conferencing and healthcare related systems Adapting to changing customer needs and industry trends to provide the best possible service Upholding the company's standards and reputation through excellent customer interaction Working with offshore teams to ensure seamless customer service operations Implementing customer service best practices learned from previous roles in the industry. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role Familiarity with the healthcare.gov platform Understanding of R Code Experience in offshore work environments Knowledge of TRICARE system Ability to effectively use video communication tools Proficiency in the use of NIS (Network Information System) Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints Strong problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
