Job Description - Data Analyst/Business Analyst
Data Analyst/Business Analyst 6 Month Contract (Opportunity to extend or convert) Minneapolis, MNLooking for a Data resource to work directly with technology and business teams as they work to transition off a Legacy Oracle application to a new system. In this role you will be working with reports and data pulls with the goal of getting all of the users off the old system by Q1 2022. Qualifications:- 7+ years of relevant work experience in data, analytics, and business intelligence area
- Experience rolling out analytical solutions with direct engagement with user community
- 3+ years' experience in using and creating reports in SAP BusinessObjects WEBI reporting tool
- Experience in developing reports in a very complex data environment consisting of hundreds of tables exposed through a reporting tool
- Preference is for the resource to have experience using BusinessObjects as a business user versus an IT developer, however will consider IT developer resources if they have strong business acumen
- Financial Services Industry experience especially Wealth Management
- Training and change management experience
