The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.This Employee Relations Manager will be part of the Conduct Management Operations team, and will directly support a team of exempt and non-exempt team members who perform intake and assessment functions within Conduct Management. The Conduct Management Operations Intake teams provide investigative intake support for the Enterprise Investigations team.The responsibilities of this positions include, but are not limited to:

Direct supervision of an intake team comprised of both exempt and non exempt team members with responsibility for the receipt, assessment, determination and routing of potential allegations.

Utilize extensive knowledge of bank systems, processes, and contacts as resources to oversee the team conducting alert reviews.

Assist Conduct Management Operations leadership in managing the intake program, including compliance, fiscal management, strategic planning, and the execution of assigned business critical projects and programs with significant financial and/or legal impact.

Manage a team of analysts that provide a wide range of analytical and investigative support to enterprise investigation teams.

Serve as relationship manager for intake sources such as Employee Relations (ER), Customer Complaints, and line of business conduct teams.

Assist Conduct Management Operations team, partners, and managers with other assigned tasks, projects, and initiatives, including direct assistance on large and/or complex investigations.

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of employee relations consulting experience or human resources consulting experience; or 4+ years of leadership experience that includes coaching on employee relations issues of various scope and complexity

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices and policies

Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to work independently

A BS/BA degree or higher

Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
