Job DescriptionWe are seeking polished and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will support the execution of events by assisting with setups, guest coordination, on-site operations, and ensuring every detail aligns with our quality standards. You will represent Lumina Agency with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong service-oriented mindset.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing event spaces, including setups, layouts, and materials.Support guest check-ins, registration, and general attendee assistance.Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment throughout the event.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure flawless execution.Provide on-site support with logistics, transitions, and event flow.Uphold Lumina Agency’s standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
