1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting ideally
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience with Microsoft Word
Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
