Looking for professionals with hybrid experience as Project and Product Managers Main focus is on tactical execution of the product strategy and day-to-day management of product(s) they support. Experience should be more heavily weighted toward the tactical as opposed to strategic. Must have excellent communication skills - able to succinctly describe what they've done; demonstrate that they are adept at communicating across multiple levels within an organization Must be a self-starter - inquisitive by nature and able to dig into opportunities and issues with minimal supervision, following them through to completion. Proactive - must demonstrate that they are responsive to customer and stakeholder needs/priorities. Able to take responsibility and adapt to changing priorities - comfortable in pivoting in an environment that is evolving and at times ambiguous. Excellent organization/time management skills - able to efficiently and effectively manage multiple efforts concurrently. Able to demonstrate that they have excelled in execution and tactical delivery of solutions. This includes attention to detail in their work and ability to escalate/raise their hand when they anticipate or experience challenges Excellent relationship management skills as demonstrated in their experience - able to work across various partners while being assertive when needed and holding partners accountable.
