Piper is seeking a junior associate to join our high volume
Venture/Growth/Sponsor Lending practice. Location preference is San
Diego, Boston or Palo Alto but open to being located in any of our
offices. Candidates should have 1-3 years of
experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to
technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies. Candidates should possess
strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work
both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. We
prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic
backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
