Cobol Mainframe Analyst:
- Previous coding background but does not need to be coding right now
- Soft skills are key – coordination, organization, facilitation, team player, good communicator, ability to juggle multiple items
- Preference to have a mainframe background, some COBOL knowledge, JCL experience
- Expectation is that people will be in the office
- The resource will have more than one project
- The resource needs to be able to hand a fast-paced and busy workload
- This position is quite unique and not a typical developer or tester position
