Description The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is currently seeking a well-organized and driven Medical Receptionist looking to expand their career with a reputable specialty office located in the Minneapolis area. As a Medical Receptionist, we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude who is eager and willing to excel in a dynamic environment, passionate about giving outstanding administrative support, driven to help others and eager to grow their career!Duties for this Medical Receptionist are responsible for but not limited to:Warmly greeting all visitors
Providing assistance in directing all guests and patients
Monitoring special administrative projects
Checking patients in and out of the office
Requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in a medical office setting
Ability to sustain a high level of professionalism
