Wells Fargo Technology plays a critical role in the company's customer and employee experience, business and risk management transformation, and growth agenda.The Network Implementation Manager acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.The Network Implementation Management team focuses on the design and delivery of change to the Wells Fargo enterprise data and voice networks through project and implementation coordination. The Network Implementation Management team coordinates enterprise network service requests for our partners from end to end (Engagement, Discovery, Design, Approval and Implementation) by coordinating and hosting meetings with the project team, creating and managing the related change controls for Network Services and coordinating and managing the implementations.Required Qualifications5+ years of technology experience

1+ year of Network experience

3+ years of technical project coordinator experience

Desired QualificationsExperience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Experience leading multiple projects

Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to quickly re-prioritize work

Knowledge and understanding of network infrastructure systems (routing, switching, load balancing, or firewalls) and internet technologies

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint

Knowledge and understanding of PAC2000

Knowledge and understanding of Agile

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

Other Desired QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/Ability Knowledge of WF Enterprise Change Management process and tools
