  • Will be the principal go-to contact person for all customer coordination needs
  • Lead the onsite client Technical Team
  • Will Maintain contact and communication with PMs, project team members and other stakeholders to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations.
  • Will Implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contribute to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices.
  • Will be the main conduit for information between Customer and client
  • Will work with client cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Will Assist sales and Delivery team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, implementation approach, timeline and deliverables etc.,
  • Will ensure the contract terms are met, report progress /performance, address and manage any customer escalations
Required Skillset:
  • Customer Engagement manager experience
  • Project and Program management Experience
  • Prior Experience in Healthcare, /Digital health/ Medical/Cloud /Enterprise Technology domains
  • Onsite coordination experience
  • Change management experience
  • Excellent Communication, Coordination and presentation skills
  • Customer relationship management
