Solution IT Inc. is looking for a
Oracle HCM Cloud [Payroll] Functional for one of its clients in Minneapolis, MN/REMOTEJob Title: Oracle HCM Cloud [Payroll] Functional Summary:- Responsible for troubleshooting, resolution of application issues and liaising with business partners to identify and document business requirements, research and analyze options, design and test technical solutions
- Work with end-users, other IT technical resources and/or Oracle HCM and Kronos/UKG Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues
- Investigate solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options. These solutions could include modifications to the set up and configuration of existing modules, enhancements to modules, and/or implementation of new Oracle modules
- Contribute to some configuration issues within areas of expertise
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos/UKG preferred
- MUST be strong in Payroll
- Experience and basic understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
- Gathering requirements, Testing/Documentation –
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- UKG/Kronos work dimensions experience, configuration and reporting
- Cloud Release Management
- O365 productivity tools i.e. EXCEL
- Service Now – incident management, change management
- Microsoft Outlook Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
