An innovative medical device startup with stable funding is looking to bring on a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! This is a direct hire role located in the Twin Cities.

This is a highly visible role, and this individual will be a key player on the team with a career trajectory to get into management within the next 6 months.

Essential requirements

  • Masters in Engineering or related field (PhD Preferred)
  • 10 years medical device industry experience
  • Experience in Structural Heart space
  • CAD experience (preferably Solidworks or ProE)
  • Experience with Design Verification planning, testing and reports
  • Leadership/ Mentor experience
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation on this role is up to $170k with a 15% bonus (DOE)
