Our direct end client in Minneapolis, Minnesota are looking for a number of Product Analyst (or BSA) for a 12+ month contract. Must be local to Minnesota. This could be a contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities Supports the Product Owners and Product Managers in defining and delivering product roadmaps Leads definition of technical and business requirements through collaboration with the Product Owner, Development, Experience Design, Data Sciences, Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Client Success teams Creates and manages a groomed backlog for scrum team that is in line with the product roadmap Attends all scrum team ceremonies. Leads team grooming sessions and participates in standups and retrospectives. Coordinates story demos with Product Owners and other stakeholders at appropriate intervals Manages stories through the development life cycle, from creation to release Responds to and prioritizes bugs within development sprints with limited impact to work already in flight Creates and maintains feature-release documentation for internal stakeholders Triages, investigates and analyzes product support requests that fall outside the scope of other roles Additional duties as assigned Experience gathering business and technical requirements for software in a manner that drives the right conversations upfront to meet needs while limiting rework down the road Experience working with development and product teams as well as developing deep, infectious relationships with but not limited to Operations, Experience Design, Site Reliability, Engineering, and Customer Success History of writing and maintaining useful documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences Excels in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration Natural curiosity and a drive to understand complex concepts and systems, expanding scope beyond immediate areas of ownership Creative, flexible, positive problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Proven track record of success in setting and achieving goals that have substantial impact on the efficiency, efficacy, or predictability of a group of beneficiaries Excellent facilitator and communicator Well-developed leadership mentality that prioritizes collaboration to achieve great outcomes; inspires and mentors colleagues to work together in pursuit of common goals Health care domain expertise Proficiency with JIRA Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team Developing user stories Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process Bachelor's Degree 5+ years experience working with agile teams 3+ years experience working in healthcare 5+ years experience as a business or technical analyst on a scrum team building client-facing software
