- Provides project management and sourcing expertise to cross-functional, cross-divisional global implementation teams.
- Facilitates these teams in the development and execution of long-term strategies that will optimize Healthcare's position in terms of quality, cycle/response time, technology, risk, and total cost.
- Mitigates risk, leverages technology and purchase power, improves processes and systems, and reduces overall cost of ownership and acquisition.
- Negotiates, establishes and monitors project timelines.
- Manage the Internal Meetings Management project within the T&E Modernization program. Is accountable for overall program process, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Provides input to establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets . Recommends new policies and procedures that affect the global program related to internal meetings & events. Program decisions are generally made only after consultation with higher level management.
- Problems faced are difficult, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
- Problems typically impact multiple workstreams, departments or specialties . Modifies programs management processes to improve program.
- Communicates and leads meetings with internal and external customers and vendors, conducts briefings to higher level management team. Solves issues through information exchange, influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties on program execution plans.
- Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Direct involvement in daily tasks necessary for successful program execution. Not directly responsible for hire or fire decisions and people management.
- Proactive collaboration across Global T&E Modernization Program Workstreams and Global Corporate Services to ensure alignments
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years of experience managing processes, programs and/or people
- Experience working within the travel, meetings & events, corporate card space
- Experience in project management on a global basis
- Experience in conflict resolution and driving alignment across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Experience providing leadership and work direction to global teams
- Expertise in MSOffice applications
- Advanced degree

- Organizational change management certification or experience putting change management models into practice
- Working knowledge of information and content management practices and tools
- Experience partnering with IT and implementing IT solutions
