This position is responsible for assisting in the recruiting channel processes as candidates are sought to fill various positions within our nation-wide business.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:create various job requisitions to assist in the fulfillment of open positions
review resumes for potential candidates
screen and interview potential candidates
develop and maintain relationship with various agencies, state boards, universities, and recruitment sources
communicate the Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation's message to all candidates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
Must possess one or more of the following:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree
An Associate’s degree in Personnel, Business, or related degree with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field.
Ability to multi-task in a highly productive environment
strong attention to detail while remaining highly organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint required
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:·If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history
