Description Recruiting CoordinatorSeeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced talent acquisition team immediately for a Minneapolis technology company!This is a full time temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Flexible hours- 8am-5pm.Daily Responsibilities: Provide support through the full recruitment life-cycle Manage candidate interviews and coordination of on-site visits, including scheduling, securing conference rooms, and arranging travel Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates Managing offer letters, background checks, and other pre-boarding support Spearhead event logistics and provide support as needed for recruiting events (i.e. university recruiting events, internal meetings, etc.) Create and update candidate or job records in our applicant tracking system Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they ariseRequirements Qualifications:-1+ years of human resources, recruiting or administrative assistant experience (internship, summer jobs, etc.)-Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related major preferred-Experience in a fast-paced environment (retail, restaurant, etc.)-Tech savvy and willing to learn new things quickly-Intermediate skills with Office 365, particularly Outlook-Confident and satisfied owning her role and bring stability to the team long-term-Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and meet competing deadlines-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
