Description:Supports sales activities for new and existing customers.
Works to promote customer satisfaction with the activities of the company.
Supports sales strategies, product development, sales and gross margin goals that meet company objectives for sales volume and profit.
Maintains accurate customer database in CRM or ERP software.
Prepares quotes and other applicable documents for a project.
Supports the activities of sales representatives and/or distributors (including phone and email support).
Plans, schedules and may participate in sales calls as required.
Prepares for, and may staff trade shows as required.
Assists in standard or custom product line sales in addition to supporting the development new product line additions.
Assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans as needed.
Reviews active projects with internal staff and customers and follows up as required.
Works with purchasing, assembly and engineering to maintain schedule, cost, and cost reduction objectives.
Communications with internal staff, suppliers and customers.
Supports customer relations and customer satisfaction for area of responsibility.
Prepares reports as required by management.
