Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.POSITION SUMMARY:The B2B Sales Strategy Analyst will be responsible for uncovering and developing customer engagement initiatives by analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and creatively leveraging insights to drive service utilization and implementation plans. This role will provide structure and guidance for sales leaders, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks, and managing projects both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will autonomously seek out new customer engagement and sales strategies, aligning them with customer insights, market trends and organizational strategy.This role will be a part of the Sales and Customer Enablement team but directly supports the leaders across the Local Provider Partnership and Community Provider teams. This position can be remote (US) or hybrid. #LI-Remote #LI-Hybrid.Check out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Customer Engagement Strategies:Develop data-driven customer engagement strategies to support field-based relationship managers.Drive activation strategy to drive value for specific audience and regions.Synthesize broad findings into actionable insights, informing business decisions on complex issues.Identify and scope expansive ideas for field and partner strategy.Develop recommendations and provide thought leadership around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues.Team Performance Optimization:Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.Contribute to enhancing strategies for various account planning activities, such as consulting relationship management strategy, outreach models, and account planning initiatives.Provide actionable insights using developed tools to support the team and work closely with cross-functional experts to focus on specific data points.Leadership Support:Act as an advisor to leadership, leveraging deep analytical, product, customer, and market knowledge to inform strategic engagement planning decisions.Articulate the value of new efforts to business partners and/or senior leadership with weekly reports and presentations.Guide the leadership team in identifying and synthesizing customer insights.Develop long-term adoption strategies that ensure sustained success.Project Management and Advisory:Manage projects independently and in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to develop and implement innovative, data-driven strategies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
