The Senior Director, Analytics will lead analytic initiatives from conception to completion. They will serve as the team lead and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class modelled marketing approaches in support of client business objectives.   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client marketing goals and objectives, then develop insight-driven, measurable strategies to meet/exceed themPresent analytics proposals and results internally and externally to non-technical audiences Improve analytics processes by bringing best practices in algorithms, reproducible code, and collaboration using primarily open-sourced analytics softwareWork with team members to operationalize these models for use across additional clients and industry verticals Act as an internal thought leader and resource on predictive analytics and other statistical models
