DescriptionThe Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Senior Workforce Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.ResponsibilitiesLocation: RemoteThe Senior Workforce Management Professional assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Supporting P1 and P2 direct report(s) that support Operations with forecasting, service goals, intraday management, new technology, etc.

Ensuring cross-functionality with P1 and P2 direct report(s) to support the WFM organization as a whole.

Evaluating Continuous Improvement opportunities internally and the support of the business to ensure gaps are not developed in day-to-day and service goals are not missed.

Expanding and scoping new technology opportunities.

Partnership with outside of organization teams such as Welltok, Technology, Finance, Accounting, etc.

Partnership with Operations Leadership monthly to discuss expectations, needs, requirements, etc. of how WFM is supporting the department(s).

Partnership with Analytics Team for testing, platform support, Sprint process, etc.

Partnership with Staffing Model Team for weekly and monthly touch points with internal WFM and Operations. Ensuring data availability and understanding between all three teams.

Travel is up to 20%

Role EssentialsBachelor's degree

5 or more years of Workforce Management experience and/or experience partnering with workforce management teams/business support teams

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree

Prior experience in Process or Project Management
