- Provide operational management support and supervise Salesforce incident/maintenance activities
- Should be hands-on to handle the Support tickets along with leading the support team
- Experience in working with Salesforce Service and Sales Implementations in a Support role
- Prioritize daily activities of the team and QC work on critical and high priority tickets
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within agreed-upon time frame.
- Ensure customer service requests (tickets) are handled timely and completely.
- Review and triage production support tickets to determine next steps, route tickets to the correct collaborating team, and follow-up to completion. This requires the candidate to be hands on and working on ticket resolution
- Support ongoing Salesforce administration functions in all environments
- Provide support metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Developer certifications, Service Cloud certifications
- 8+ years of experience working i an a SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Able to lead a small Support team as the lead and with team members in a Global operational model
