Job Req #: 21-09188Job Description: Sr. Business Analyst (Mortgage/Financial Services)Location: RemotePosition Type: Long Term ContractOur financial services client is looking to hire a Senior BSA to join their team! This person should have end to end BA experience and some mortgage experience. What is It is extremely important that the candidate is a DRIVER who is self-motivated and can help drive strategic thinking among business partners and business stakeholders. The analyst must understand the business needs as well as the technical capabilities, data sources and potentially vendor solutions. Candidate must have proven excellent project end to end business analyst skills (start up to implementation), including proven UAT test planning and execution. The analyst may be on a large program with several analysts or assigned to a work stream where they are the sole analyst. Experience driving discussions from business vision to tactical solution is required. Experience and understanding of Financial Services and/or Banking will be extremely helpful in this role.
