Description Are you a Senior Digital Marketing professional looking for your next opportunity in the healthcare field? A reputable healthcare enterprise is looking to add a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their Talent Marketing team. This team consists of 35 people who make up the sub-teams: Talent Attraction, Engagement, Brand Content (where this role sits), Digital Experience and Operations.This team will partner with fulfillment teams across the organization to attract, retain and support the sourcing of candidates around the globe. You will also partner with the company's brand and marketing teams to build and promote the Employer Brand and Employee Value Propositions. The culture is fast paced, relationship-driven and goal oriented to meet the needs of talent and business.Responsibilities:
Oversees paid social media content strategy and execution alongside agency partnering with the brand's social media leads to ensure content alignment
Main POC of Sprinklr tool scheduling paid social media content for execution
Measures and monitors talent brand sentiment on Indeed, Glassdoor and social media channels within Sprinklr
Responsible for building and maintaining content reporting in Sprinklr across digital channels, social media, web, email etc. partnering closely with our agency to provide accurate insights tying back to KPIs.
Suggests content optimizations based on performance.
Drives reporting strategy in partnership with TM Operations team making optimizations and driving efficiencies tied to KPIs
Shares content performance with the broader team and leadership speaking to key wins/areas of opportunity
Drives content testing analytics and insights a/b testing opportunities across digital channels
Understands business-level needs to provide the most impactful reporting metrics across all talent groups
Ensures all content work is documented correctly within our planning tools Workfront, Opal, Sprinklr, etc.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree OR Associates degree with 5 years of digital content reporting experience
Must have experience utilizing Sprinklr to execute paid social media content
Must have experience building out reporting and social listening dashboards in Sprinklr
Skilled at managing paid social media content for a large brand or multiple clients across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
Must understand digital marketing performance and reporting metrics/KPIs
Experience presenting data and insights in a visual understandable and actionable way
Basic proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Has worked for an agency or supported paid social content alongside an agency
Experience project managing in Workfront or a similar project management software and/or Teams
Background in talent marketing and/or health care is a plus
