What you will do - The Senior IT Recruiter will source, screen, and prep the best available diverse talent, positioning our candidates for success on interesting and meaningful assignments. The successful candidate will possess a background with:- Prior IT Staffing experience.
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases, referrals, etc) and working with W2, IC's, and 3rd party candidates.
- Previous experience working remotely while supporting national clients.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with the freedom to drive your business and professional goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner.
- Experience with an ATS or specifically with Job Diva is a plus.
