Strategy & Prog Dev Dir Location: Remote Responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide guidance to health plan partners on product upsell opportunities.

Host and facilitate pharmacy product training sessions.

Review and report recommendations for annual benefit cycles.

Represents the interests of pharmacy in all segment strategy initiatives.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Ability to travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the PBM/pharmacy industry strongly preferred.

MBA preferred.
