This position requires candidates to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience with setup, architecture, and integration of client server systems with good knowledge of high availability systems. 3+ years of ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms

3+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript

Working knowledge of Cloud Platforms in one or a combination of the following: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)

Knowledge and understanding of MS Azure cloud computing technology

Ability to manage SSL certificates processes ranging from monitoring SSL certificate expiration dates, ordering certificates, and installing certificates on servers in a timely manner to assure product availability

Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and automation

Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and high availability architectures, at an enterprise level

Other Desired QualificationsActively participate in Production Support for Commercial Banking Technology's Inventory Finance applications.

Knowledge of Mainframe system and CA7 batch support experience.

Provides support for highly complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, databases and/or other technical products and services; uses diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to ABF/IF systems.

Clearly understand and articulate end-user and technical issues from both business and application perspectives .

Drive and provide input for automation of manual tasks.

Define, document and implement processes and procedures for supporting client / server architecture and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) framework.

This support engineer will use a comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical disciplines including Oracle, MS SQL, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Cloud Azure and Autosys batch jobs.

Ensure regulatory and Risk requirements are compliant by ensuring software vulnerabilities are re-mediated and SSL certificates management.

Support internal customers with the development of their own internal project plan, including the identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, time line and scheduling, as well as resource requirements.

As an application support specialist position is responsible for leading support functions and driving the execution and maturity of multiple application support services including incident triage, root cause analysis, change evaluation-execution-validation, deployment management, and risk & vulnerability management. Works closely with development and infrastructure partners like middle ware, NAS, database, F5/network, encryption (Vormetric) etc.

The support engineer must have desire to independently research, analyze and propose solutions to production issues. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively across technical and business organizations. Position may require after-hour support on a rotation basis.

Perform and lead Disaster Recovery Tests.

Meet and exceed Commercial Banking Production Support SLA for timely and relevant responses to issues.

Interact with product, database, development, business, and other teams as needed to troubleshoot and remediation production issues.

Test and validate implementation of production fixes and upgrades.

Help drive consistency and ensure best practices are shared within Production Support group.

2+ years of monitoring tool and splunk experience.

2+ years of NDM data transmission experience.
