- You will be supporting the midwest region and working central time-zone hours.
- Prior IT, sales, HR, or marketing experience.
- Ability to learn how to source skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases, referrals, associations, networking, etc) and working with W2, IC's, and 3rd party candidates.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Enjoys partnering with Sr. account executives and clients on opportunities and talent acquisition strategies.
- Previous experience working remotely while supporting national accounts in CST time zone.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills; able to effectively plan your day and maintaining candidate pipelines.
