York Solutions is partnering with our client on filling a key position in their organization. The VP of Applications Development will provide senior leadership to the company and will collaborate with the executive team on the companys technical and analytics roadmap. This will include creating a strong relationship with the Business partners, set key strategic direction that aligns with the companys IT initiatives and strategy. This role will also be responsible for leading the execution and implementation of these initiatives, including clear reporting to the executive team on status reports/risks and ROI on projects. Additional roles/responsibilities would include understanding technology trends, encouraging innovative solutions, and driving accountability, scope/timelines/schedules, and budgets. Must be able to build and maintain high-performance teams and deliver/propose an effective resource staffing strategy through various sources. Ideally would have 10+ years of proven IT leadership experience, including experience presenting/reporting to CIO/COO. Must also have background/experience in Analytics.
