The VP Digital Transformation is a strategic role, and will be seeking an innovative-minded leader with a strong technology background to lead the digital platform strategy. This role will be extremely influential to the ongoing long term digital transformation strategy, including creating, reviewing, and implementing strategic digital transformation roadmaps. Working closely with the Senior Leaders in the organization, will be responsible for building strong relationships with the business, building high performing teams, and creating valuable solutions that aligns with the business and technology long term plans, ensuring business efficiencies.

This person will have excellent rapport building with business and technology teams, as well as the executive team, be well respected and will be a strong influencer/motivator for change management. Will also be aware of new emerging technologies in the digital field, including trends/challenges/roadblocks. This person will have 10+ years technical experience including leadership, transformation, and digital technologies. Strong leadership background with a strong, proven track record of delivering on strategic plans/roadmaps, with the ability to come up with innovative solutions to create market advantages. Ability to attract, motivate and retain top talent to build high performing teams.
