Beast Barbecue is looking to hire a PM line cook. Our kitchen is open until 2:00am daily.
Inspired by great barbecue across the country, the meats including pork ribs, chicken, beef, and whitefish will be conscientiously sourced and smoked over oak, pecan, and apple woods with the slow, low traditions of classic barbecue cooking. The kitchen will employ techniques and secrets found throughout Texas, the Carolinas, Memphis and Kansas City to deliver the BEAST in barbecue, served up with a host of tangy, sweet, and sassy sauces.
Smoked meats are served by the half-pound, accompanied by bread, house pickles, and a side option, including classics such as coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and mac & cheese. Patrons can order inside the full-service restaurant or from a takeout counter with a separate entrance.
