We are seeking a skilled, experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified PCA to provide personalized care for our Father in his home. You will travel to our father‘s home, greet in a warm and professional manner, understand the limitations and needs of our father, provide basic domestic services, assistant making upcoming medical appointments, run errands as needed, assist, father with mobility issues, provide assistance with personal hygiene, provide companionship and engage in conversation, provide a caring and positive presence. You will assist our Father with everyday tasks, such as showering, PT and range of motion Exercises, You will also administer medications, ensuring he takes the proper dosages, monitor his behavior and mood, and document any significant changes to his actions or health.
