Easy-going client in her 50's diagnosed with multiple sclerosis seeking caregiver (prefer female), Mon. - Thur. 32-40 hours per week. Will consider splitting hours between more than one individual. Time varies, 7.5 - 10 hour shifts.
I use a scooter for outings. Im able to use a walker short distances. Im easy to care for and transfers are simple, a hand to hand boost.
Duties include:
Personal cares
Housekeeping, meal prep, and general organizing
Transfers getting up/down from a seated position
Drive a van with a lift for outings
Must Haves:
A valid driver's license with a good driving record & be able to drive to work
Good communication skills & ability to speak English fluently
Ability to pass background check
DHS PCA online certification or able to obtain one (free & easy to do)
Not allergic to dogs. Dog in the household
I am an Accra Care Client, PCA Choice. On the job training with client provided. Not required to go into an office, time cards sent from phone app, email or fax. Your commute is from your home to mine. Start pay $12.75-$14.50 DOQ If CNA or HHA Accra starting is more.
