- 8-12 Years of IT experience, with 4+ Years of Salesforce Architect experience
- Prior Consulting Experience desired. Has a consulting mindset for each engagement
- Knowledge of integration of applications at the Enterprise level
- Extensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Experience Integration 3rd party applications into Salesforce, Lightning Implementation Experience
- Coordinating Salesforce solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
- Very strong communication and demonstrating skills
- Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents
- Managing the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions
- Managing technical scope and client expectation
- Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.
- Ability to work with developers US-Based and Offshore
- Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation.
- Effectively work with Project Managers, Customers, Development Leads and the Account Managers
- Familiarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns, integration patterns and business application development patterns.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Experience with Enterprise Integration tools.
- Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C, and ASP.
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud
- Plus to have - Salesforce.com Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
