We are currently seeking a Concrete and Masonry Tender to join our team. This position involves assisting with the preparation and execution of concrete and masonry projects. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the setup and preparation of concrete and masonry materials.
- Mixing concrete and mortar according to specifications.
- Assisting with the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
- Assisting with the installation of masonry units, such as bricks, blocks, and stones.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Prior experience in concrete and masonry work is not required, but is a plus.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $25 per hour.
