Well drilling company seeking ambitious, safety conscious and reliable team member to fill a position in our commercial service department. Duties may include; sandblasting and painting well components; repairing large diameter line shaft and submersible pumps, assisting with the removal and replacement of commercial pumping equipment and other miscellaneous shop work. These are full time, year round positions with benefits and potential union positions. $18/Hr. starting wage with additional compensation based on experience. We will train you to provide safe and reliable potable water for homes, businesses and communities throughout the region. Advancement is highly encouraged.
Job Requirements:
Outdoor labor experience preferred.
Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Pay rate increase upon acquisition of CDL license.
CDL financial assistance program available.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Work overtime when necessary. Occasional out of town work.
Being mechanically inclined and familiar with hand tools is a plus.
Dependable and punctual.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
