34th ave and Cedar apartments is hiring Maintenance Techs with solid experience in apartments maintenance, for Minneapolis and Richfield locations, we are looking for a Maintenance Person to do daily Maintenance work, daily tasks will be assigned the will need to be completed in matter of time. Excellent Pay
Job Duties:
. Drive from One property to Another 5min to 10 minutes apart
Work with Property Managers.
Communicates maintenance concerns to supervisor.
Carpentry skills
Plumbing (fixing water leaks, replacing faucets etc.)
Replacing tiles
Fix Electric problems
Drywall work
Repair floors Tile, Vinyl, and carpet.
Appliances repairs (electric stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposal etc)
Able to repair A/C or to do a complete trouble shutting.
Requirements:
Valid driver license
Clean criminal background
Apartments Maintenance experience
Must provide excellent customer service
Must willing to work full time
Ability to be on-call for emergencies
Bilingual prefer but not necessary
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Boiler license, prefer but not necessary
Must have own tools, and transportation
