Join the Coon Rapids HOM team as a Warehouse Associate I or II! No experience necessary! This full-time position offers two different start times for the 8 hours shifts, 6AM or 1PM. $12-$16 an hour d.o.e.

We have a starting pay range to compensate people based on experience. We offer raises based on performance so you could see your hourly rate grow as your experience increases.

The purpose of this position is to maintain consistent flow in the distribution center. The primary duties include receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment and products within the distribution center. Performing daily audits of warehouse locations and maintaining accurate inventory within the warehouse, with the goal being to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy that matches our customer's expectations. Un-boxing and re-boxing furniture, measuring and cutting flooring accurately, along with the organizing and cleaning of the preparation area to maintain a safe working environment. Assembling and inspecting furniture and flooring goods for defects, flaws, and vendor discrepancies in order to conform to the quality specifications.
