The Mary T. Family of Companiesis currently looking for a full-timeMaintenance Technician to support our residential group homes located in the northern and central Minneapolis metro area.
As aMaintenance Technicianyou will assess needs and work orders for proper responses at assigned homes, programs, and properties. Follow up by fixing the problems through maintenance skills or outside resources when appropriate. Having experience in the trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is preferred.You will be given a company phone and company vehicle to use during your working hours.

Schedule:Monday – Friday (daytime hours) and on-call (usually every 9th week).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
Basic computer skills
Pass a criminal background and driving record check
