North West suburb is seeking a property manager/maintenance duo - or one to do it all!
Previous leasing and maintenance experience preferred but will train for the right fit. Knowledge of Appfolio is helpful but not required.
We have a multi building property that we are looking for new energy to bring the property to life. Your daily work load would be answering phone calls, emailing leads, tenant complaints and work orders.
This job if done as one would be full time - if it is shared both positions would be part time.
Pay range is negotiable, living on site is possible - or living close is a must!
