We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated and organized Team of Two to join our team of professionals as part time On-Site Resident Managers at Westridge Townhomes in Forest Lake, MN. Please submit BOTH applicant's resumes for consideration.

Job Responsibilities:
Leasing
Certifications
Rent collections
Deposits
Tenant communications
Policy enforcement
Walking community grounds daily
Submitting work order requests
Assisting with the supervision of vendors
Communicating daily with the Caretakers/Property Manager
Attending community and management meetings
Verifying that caretaking responsibilities are maintained daily
Job Qualifications:
MUST live on site
MUST qualify for the subsidy housing program
MUST be a team of 2 (include both team members' resumes when applying)
MUST be able to pass a criminal background screening
Ability to self-direct
Strong people and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
Willingness to go and beyond as part of the team
