Job Description: Snow Removal
Independent Contractor’s ONLY - Snow Blower Routes Available
Snow Removal: $500 to $1,000 per day (20 Houses / Consolidated Route)
Vehicle AND Equipment Requirements (Snow):
- Snow Blower (NOT a plow)
- Pickup / SUV
- Smartphone
You do NOT need a plow truck - You do NOT need a skid steer! We provide Snow Blower services on residential properties only. No expensive plow truck or skid steer maintenance and gas bills. This is Snow Blower only. Each property should be cleared in 30 minutes or less (on average).
Limitations / Expectations
- One route per person
- Clear snow within 12 hours of a snow event
- Work independently (not crew work)
Independent Contractors (1099): Earn $500 to $1000 per Snow Event. Here’s the information regarding the pay…
Per Property Earnings are as follows
2” or less - $25
2” to 4” - $30
4” to 6” - $35
6” to 8” - $40
More than 8” - $50
So, 4.2” is (20 X $35 = $700)
Scenario: 3 day snow fall, total snow 16". Let's say you cleared the snow as follows
- 1st clear - measurements 4.5" to 7".
- 2nd clear - measurements 6" to 7".
- 3rd clear - measurements 2" to 5.5".
In the instance where you cleared a property at 4.5", 6.2" and 5.5" you'd earn $35, $40, $35 or $110 for clearing that property for that 3-day snow fall. There would be 3 Snow Events within that 3 day snow fall. Another property on the same route might be 7", 7" and then 2" so it would be a total earnings of $105 for that 3 day snow fall for that property.
Other Requirements
- Positive attitude, enjoy fast paced work environment, organized
- Snow blowing experience (NOT snow plowing)
- Professional, willingness to follow simple, logical procedures
- On call and available for all winter snow events

Other opportunities available to snow removal guys
- Fall and Spring Cleanups: $35 per billable hour - Late October / November & April / May
- Mowers: Make $2,000 per week – 13 lawns per day / 5 days per week - May thru October
