Small office in Northeast suburb is seeking an administrative assistant for a temp-to-hire role. Ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of professional administrative experience including working with legal documents and procedures. This role will responsible for a variety of duties including answering phones, typing letters, corresponding with clients, taking dictation and e-files. Must have strong communication skills and be proficient in computer/technology.Qualified candidate must be dependable, have ability to prioritize and multi-task with strong attention to details.Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:30 until 4:30.
