Data Entry Clerk of accounts payable and receivable needed for a small property management company in St. Paul. Our Company respects a fair work/family relationship and therefore has A FOUR DAY (4-DAY) WORK WEEK of Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:30pm and a half hour (1/2 hour) paid meal break. Our competitive salary range is $18-$21 hourly and based on property management experience. We also pay 100% of benefit premium for our employees and this is for medical, dental and life insurance.
Duties include data entry of rents and property invoices, assisting the IT Specialist with software needs, and basic office needs. Applicants must meet the property management industry standards for background compliance and have a valid drivers license, dependable vehicle and vehicle insurance.
