Job Summary
We would love to talk to a soon to be, or newly licensed Realtor who does not yet possess the usual bad habits many Agents pick up over time! Like most Realtor positions this is an independent agent, commission-based position. We do not charge a desk fee or monthly charges, and your costs are simply keeping your Real Estate license current!
If you check, you'll find a large percentage of Realtors who own multiple rental properties. Most manage their own rentals at first, but as they grow their rental portfolio they often find a property management company to work with. We'll teach you everything you'll need to lease and manage rental properties, and you'll find it a great compliment to your Real Estate business!
Your schedule is always yours, and where you work is always your choice. If needed, we can provide office space in our Apple Valley office for running your business, and will be there to mentor with any questions you may have!
